Bought from a shop built on Boxana?
Your contract is with that shop, not with us. Its own terms of sale, privacy policy and returns policy govern your order — look for them in the footer of the shop you bought from. Boxana supplies the software and hosting underneath.
If you cannot reach the shop about a privacy request, email boxana+privacy@kypos.cy and we will pass it on to the people who can act on it.
